Celebrations of You is the celebrancy business of Brenda Howard, a civil celebrant based in Rosebud who conducts weddings across Melbourne. Brenda trained with the Celebrants Training College, guided by mentors Sally Cant and Dudley Raine. With 12 siblings, three grown children and three grandsons, she knows both the beauty and the chaos of family life, and how much a meaningful celebration matters to everyone in the room.
Every ceremony starts with getting to know the couple: how they met, how they fell in love, and who they are as individuals, as partners and as a family. Brenda then writes a custom ceremony around that story. Her wedding package covers an initial meeting to complete the forms and paperwork, the writing of the ceremony, a rehearsal, the marriage certificate and legal documents, and unlimited email and phone contact.
Brenda warmly welcomes enquiries from all couples, regardless of gender, and is a strong supporter of marriage equality and the LGBTQI community. Alongside weddings she conducts renewal of vows and naming ceremonies, and every ceremony can be edited until the couple is completely happy with it. Travel within 50km of Rosebud is included, and the first meeting is free with no obligation.
