Carlee Hay is an authorised marriage celebrant on the Sunshine Coast, marrying couples in Noosa, across the Coast and Hinterland, and in Brisbane, and she will travel a little further if asked. Her focus is modern ceremonies with heart, joy and just the right amount of magic, shaped around each couple's own love story, whether that means something simple and elegant or warm and full of laughs.

It starts with an informal vibe check by phone or Zoom, and at your first meeting the coffee or wine is on her. Once you book, Carlee sends an information pack with sample vows and ceremonies, plus a questionnaire to draw out your story. She explains the legal paperwork at the outset, sends your script four weeks before the wedding for approval, and walks the wedding party through the ceremony at the venue in the week of the wedding.

On the day she arrives an hour early to meet your people and vendors so everything is in place when you arrive. Her full Signature Experience includes help writing vows, personalised vow cards, a PA system and mics, a signing table, and her exclusive time, with no other wedding booked on your date. Afterwards she registers your marriage and can order your official certificate. She brings extensive event management experience and describes herself as calm under pressure.

Alongside full weddings, Carlee offers a short weekday KISS ceremony and a paperwork-focused Intimate Experience for up to 10 guests, where she is happy to work with a loved one who leads the ceremony. She also has a weekday intimate wedding offer at a private Noosa Hinterland property, and conducts vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, baby namings and celebrations of life.
