2027 rates for weddings of up to 120 guests, as published by Caoura Cliffs. The figures above are the June and July season; January, May, August and September run from $26,000 midweek and $36,000 on weekends, and February to April and October to December from $27,000 midweek and $38,000 on weekends. The flat fee covers exclusive use of the property, ceremony and reception setup, and two nights at The Homestead for up to 12 guests. On-the-day coordination is required but is not included.

Set on a vast 1,100-acre private farm, the property features a stunning clifftop ceremony site that overlooks a secluded gorge and endless bushland.

At the heart of the venue is a modern, fully furnished wedding barn with soaring glass walls that frame panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness. The barn is ideal for stylish, all-weather receptions and opens out to expansive lawns.

Accommodation is provided in a luxurious country-style cottage that comes with its own pool, outdoor dining pavilion and breathtaking views.
