Big Love Elopements
A Geelong elopement team that brings the celebrant, the photographer and every extra to the location of your choice, from the Surf Coast to the Otways.
About Big Love Elopements
Big Love Elopements is a Geelong elopement business, started in 2018 for couples who want a beautiful ceremony and photos without the scale of a big wedding. Couples choose the location, anywhere in Geelong, along the Surf Coast, the Bellarine, the Otways and beyond, and the team brings the celebrant, the photographer and any extras. With more than 350 elopements behind them, they know the best spots, the little details and the legal side.
Owner Jessie is an authorised celebrant and leads a team of 14, with celebrants Jemma, Zena and Chloe, photographers Verity and Rachael, and videographer Ruby. Packages run from a short legal ceremony with 30 minutes of photos to a personalised ceremony with two hours of photography, and tailored packages cover up to 80 guests. Couples receive a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours and their full online gallery within four to six weeks.
Extras are arranged through the team, including live music from Cal Young, faux or fresh florals and ceremony furniture from Florette, a mobile bar from Boutique Event Co, grazing boxes, cake, hair and makeup, and content creation on iPhone or camcorder. Jessie looks after the Notice of Intended Marriage, writes the ceremony script and builds the timeline. All love is welcome, and the LGBTQI+ community is warmly included.
