About Bayside Weddings and Events

Bayside Weddings and Events is run by Belinda, a floral stylist for more than 25 years who has owned Lavender Ladies Florist in Beaumaris as well as this Black Rock business. Before floristry she worked in the banquet department at the Melbourne Hilton on the Park across functions, corporate events, weddings and sporting events, which the site credits for her feel for table design and customer service.

It is a mobile florist that comes to you, with one on one consultations to design the flowers for a wedding, celebration or event. The services list covers bridal party bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and headpieces, church arrangements large and small, table arrangements, floral installations, chuppahs and floral arches, rose petals, cake flowers, ribbons, helium balloons and artificial flowers, and Belinda personally delivers every item and sets up the venue so everything is on time.

Flower preservation is offered too, including resin flower art made from the wedding bouquet as a keepsake. Belinda arranges flowers for venues around Melbourne, Bayside, the Bellarine, the Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley, and the blog records a two metre hanging floral installation, wine barrel ceremony arrangements and an archway at True South in Black Rock. Business hours are seven days by appointment.
