A&E Bridal House designs and manufactures affordable, elegant bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and prom dresses, and has relocated from Burwood to Concord in Sydney's inner west. Its gowns are designed to emphasise femininity with a touch of elegance, using delicate silks and laces finished with detailed handwork, exquisite beading and embroidery. Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday to Sunday, so call ahead to book a time.
A bridal consultation is with an experienced designer, who suggests designs and styles that suit the bride, with a range of gowns to try on, all of which are also for sale. The boutique offers quality custom-made gowns, a wide selection of sample dresses, made-to-order bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses, and in-house alterations. Jewellery, veils and crystal headpieces are also available to complete the look.
Under the AE Bridal Studio name, the team also covers engagement shoots and wedding ceremony and reception photography and films, with a special package for couples who book both photography and film for the wedding day. It means a bride can find her gown and her photographer in one place.
